Anna Vasquez is featured in the documentary, Southwest of Salem: The Story of the San Antonio Four. She was wrongly convicted and incarcerated for the alleged gang-rape of two little girls; she received a 15-year sentence. The forensics that was used to indict Anna along with her three friends was later debunked, deemed ‘Junk Science’. Anna Vasquez and her co-defendents are represented by the Innocence Project of Texas. Anna lives in San Antonio, Texas, where she is currently fighting for exoneration.
