Tyrion Lannister was originally conceived of as a carnivaleque character able to leap from great heights and do somersaults. George R. R. Martin changed this early in the series to make him more serious, but did this miss a trick? Could he have converted Tyrion's gymnastics to an interesting combat style? In this session we discuss how characters could be amended to either make them differently abled or make disabled characters kick-ass. The panel will explore characters in books, TV, comics and movies.
