Registration Procedure
Delegates must be booked for the event and payment made before they will be given access to their individual schedule registration. Teachers should not create an individual booking unless directed to do so by their school or by ELSA. If you have a question relative to your booking please contact info@elsa-france.org

You can register for the conference by creating an account or checking out as a guest. Direct payment by credit card or PayPal is requested. Once you have made your payment, you can register for the individual sessions you would like to attend on the day. If you are unable to make a direct payment, please get in touch with ELSA at info@elsa-france.org.

Schools registering a group but unable to make a direct payment should use the promo code 'Deferred' in the promo code box on the upper right hand corner of the booking form and click on apply. The deferred payment ticket option will appear in the drop down menu.

Group Registration

Select the number of delegates that you want to register. If you are making the purchase but not attending the conference yourself, select the 'Someone else' option from the drop down menu when prompted to enter the names of the delegates.

Personal Schedule and Session Registration
You must reserve your seat to attend any session in the program. You can create a schedule for two morning sessions and two afternoon sessions. If you are not on the attendance list, you cannot attend the session.

We reserve the right to give up your seat to another delegate if you are late.

If you can no longer attend the conference or a session that you are registered for, be sure to withdraw from all seats that you will no longer be using.

As we near the conference and throughout March 28th, we will do our best to keep you updated on last minute session cancellations, room changes and other urgent communication that occur on the day.

There are no waitlists for this event.

On the Day of the Conference
Admission to all scheduled activities requires prior booking to the event as well as to the four sessions. Only the exhibitor sessions remain open throughout the day.

ISP Swipe Code

As we near the event, you will receive an email with a swipe code from International School of Paris. Your swipe code will be requested to access the campus. Be sure to have located the email prior to the conference, and to have it available when you arrive on your phone or in print form. Without the swipe code, you will not be granted access to the campus.

ELSA Registration Ticket

As a registered participant of the conference, you have received a confirmation ticket of your registration with your name, name of school, QR code and ticket number. This ticket is not to be confused with your ISP campus swipe code. Please print this ticket that will serve to track your attendance and as your badge.Name badges are required for access to the conference, lunch room and prize draw. Please cooperate by wearing your badge at all times: during the day for the purpose of security and to support networking by making your identification easier. Badges must be presented for access to the bagged lunch. If you wish to participate in the end of day prize draw, please return your badge to the raffle box located at the second floor cafeteria.

Classroom capacity is set at 25 or lower in compliance with the school’s security and fire hazard regulations. Delegates who are not registered for a session may not attend it.

Session Resources and Contacting Speakers
You may contact a speaker through your Grenadine account. Speaker handouts are made available by the speaker via Grenadine.

Exhibitors in Library
Companies are carefully selected for their value and interest; many of them are committed to our network and return every year. We also make an effort to present new educational companies. Please make time during the day to visit stands and make contact with representatives. We are grateful for the generous contributions companies make to the end of day prize draw.

Refreshments - Cafeteria
Coffee and tea are served in the morning from 9:00 a.m. throughout the day until about 3PM.

Lunch Pick-Up  - Cafeteria
A bagged lunch is ready for pick up between 11:30-2PM. We appreciate your cooperation in presenting your badge to access the lunch room. An individual lunch includes: 1 sandwich OR 1 salad, dessert and beverage.

We do not cater to special dietary requirements but we do offer a vegetarian option.

Seated Areas
Seating areas will be arranged. Thank you for keeping all areas tidy by disposing of your litter.

Comments on the value of the conference are important for planning next year’s event.
You will receive notification that the feedback form is available after the conference.

Closing Cocktail - Courtyard
Celebrate this great day with the ELSA team and exhibiting companies at the closing reception and prize draw at which badges will be drawn for prizes generously donated by schools and exhibitors.

The raffle box will be made available at the end of the day at the second floor cafeteria. Return your badge to participate in the draw.
