Justice is a central principle of organic agriculture, and labour is central to the success of organic farms, but how does organic certification contribute to worker welfare? Panelists will share regulatory, farmer, employer, worker and advocacy perspectives about the challenges and opportunities organic certification faces in order to foster good work opportunities and improve labour sustainability.
