Food waste is a key issue today affecting every part of our food system. What are the commercial and consumer norms that contribute to this problem? Join the innovators at La Transformerie and their partners in research at UQAM as they discuss their project on perceptions of food waste amongst both merchants and consumers. Participants will then be invited to participate in a collaborative discussion to identify the steps required to affect system-wide change, as well as the possible barriers.
