What criteria can we use to develop technologies
that support a social, just, and regenerative food system? Contrasting
user-led, open source approaches to technological innovation with
expert, market driven methods, this panel of practitioners and experts
will seek to understand how these two approaches can produce very
different sets of tools and technologies. This space will allow
presenters and participants to discuss how bottom up practices can
trouble dominant ideas on innovation and technology.
