This unique conversation will showcase two specific approaches to food, health and change in the Northern context. One a filmmaker who followed a 100 mile diet - Yukon style, and the other a social enterprise innovator using food production as a tool to impact health. In common both celebrate the ingenuity, resourcefulness and resilience of Northerners in overcoming the challenges of food production north of 60, and the surprising bounty of food that the land can provide to generate food, resilience and health.
