Ses activités ont retenues l’attention de la Maison blanche, du National Center for Women in Information Technology (NCWIT), du Sommet mondial des services internet d’Amazon, de la Fondation Tiger Woods, de la régie du logement du District de Columbia, de la National Science Teachers Association and du Children Science Center des États-Unis. Elle a organisé des marathons de programmation en bio-informatique incluant la participation de plusieurs centaines d’élèves d’écoles secondaires et collégiales.
Kavya Kopparapu a partagé sa passion pour l’intelligence artificielle comme conférencière au TEDx, au Sommet mondial des services internet d’Amazon (Washington D.C.), au congrès O’Reilly sur l’intelligence artificielle (New-York), à la Marche 2017 pour la science (Washington D.C.), à l’International Society for Computational Biology Rocky Conference (Colorado), au congrès annuel de l’American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), au STIM (science, technologie, ingénierie et mathématiques) sur la colline, le congrès IEEE Women in Engineering Innovating Forward Together et le X-STIM américain Science & Engineering (Washington D.C).

She has been recognized by organizations such as the White House, the National Center for Women in Information Technology (NCWIT), Amazon Web Services Global Summit, Tiger Woods Foundation, DC Housing Authority, National Science Teacher’s association and Children Science center. She has organized hackathons to solve problems in BioInformatics by involving hundreds of middle and high school students.
She has shared her passion for Artificial Intelligence as a speaker at the TEDx, Amazon Global Web Services in Washington DC, O’Reilly Conference for Artificial Intelligence in NY, 2017 March for Science in Washington DC, International Society for Computational Biology Rocky Conference in Colorado, American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) Annual Conference in New Orleans, STEM on the Hill, IEEE Women in Engineering Innovating Forward Together Conference and US Science & Engineering X-STEM in Washington DC.
