A pattern cutting and machine sewing session to make Joey Pouches for bushfire affected kangaroos. No experience necessary, materials provided.
With so much wildlife affected in the devestating bushfires around Australia, there has been a international call out for supplies to aid wildlife disaster relief and sanctuaries with burnt and injured fauna. One of these items is cotton Joey pouches. No sewing experience necessary but is useful. Across the workshop we will have pattern cutters and then those with experience or wanting to learn we will machine sew them together. These will then be sent to one of the organisations in need.
