What sorts of things can you make with machines that extrude and
build up filament, like 3D printers, CNC routers, which engrave, and
which can use designs from the internet? Game pieces, mobile phone
covers, commemorative plaques, cards, stamps? What do you need to build a
3D printer or CNC router? Come to a show and tell with some folks who
have been making to find out. What does this kind of technology mean for
the future of manufacturing?
