Xiaohong Huang

Dr. Xiaohong Huang is currently an associate professor of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) and director of Network and Information Center of Institute of Network Technology, BUPT.

She received her BE degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2000 and Ph.D degree from the school of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore in 2005.

She is now an active research staff in BUPT, mainly working in the area of next generation Internet. She has involved in several research projects, including National 973 project, NSFC, CNGI projects, EU FP6-GO4IT, EU FP7-Probe-IT, EU H2020-EXCITING, and so on. She is also actively involving in the organization of International Plugtest event, for example 6LoWPAN and CoAP plugtest.

Dr. Huang has more than 100 papers to different conferences and journals dedicated to key technologies in next generation Internet, performance analysis and network management. She is the reviewer for various journals and the TPC member and reviewer for several international conferences.

She is currently one of the steering group members in ASIA FI, and member of CCF (China Computer Federation) and CAAI (Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence).
