Morten is CEO within the Danish company HOUNÖ A/S. The company which is more than 40 years old, produce and market combi ovens for professional use. HOUNÖ is a subsidiary within the American Middleby Corporation (Nasdaq: midd). In 2016 HOUNÖ launched its first IoT solution ‘Let’s Cook’, which set new standards for what is possible with the foodservice industry. ‘Let’s Cook’ has been recognized by multiple awards, latest German Design award (special mention) in 2019. The ‘Let’s Cook’ solution is now being deployed across Middleby brands as ‘Middleby Connect’.

Morten holds a technical background of Technology Management and Marine Engineering, and business degrees from Henley UK - MBA, and HEC Paris - Master in Consulting and coaching for change. Further he is Stanford alumni in Design Thinking and IMD alumni in digital business transformation.
