Delia Mitcan works as Project Manager at the Municipality of Eindhoven (the Netherlands). She has a master degree in Public management from the Erasmus University (Rotterdam) and since 2006 has been working in various positions on European funded projects financed under different EU programmes (Interreg IVB,C, Life+, FP7, H2020).
Since 2014 she has been mainly involved in smart city initiatives such as Triangulum, Synchronicity, UNaLab (financed under H2020) as local coordinator or Smart Impact (financed under Urbact programme).
