DJ KANG is the R&D Director at HAEZOOM Inc. and the adjunct professor at Busan National University. He received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering. And he also received another M.S. in Finance Engineering and another Ph.D in Business. With this interdisciplinary studying backgrounds, his research and business interests cover technology management and new business models in the energy industry in connection with other industries. He has actively participated in government-funded research projects in the energy sector. He has also various working backgrounds: senior researcher at Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (KERI) which is a government funded research institute, analyst at BNK Financial Group Busan Bank, research professor at Korea University, and several startups. He wants to be a catalyst connecting different fields and experts.
