eMBA & MSEE Telecommunications Engineer, by Universidad Politecnica de Valencia (1994). This year, he started his professional career at the Spanish Army as Second Lieutenant developing an application to control the position and shoot parameters of 15 34 cannons to be used as a backup for the conventional shooting systems. In 1995 Sebastian joined IBM Valencia Product Development Centre (now Celestica Valencia, one of the biggest EMS companies in the World) where he developed his professional career over 12 years working in different positions all of them oriented to the electronic design and test optimisation for high volume manufacturing and manufacturing added values services. After a training period as electronic design engineer, purchasing engineer and new product introduction project manager he became New Technologies Project Manager where he managed several project at European and National Level, including one year assignment in San Diego (US). In 2005 he became Director of Design & Engineering Services Business Unit reporting directly to the Corporation headquarters in Toronto. In 2007 he joined DAS Photonics as Chief Technology Director, working in several international projects for ESA, EDA, ESO and the European Commission. In addition he has been working on the implementation of ISO9001:2008 and AQAP2110 certifications at DAS Photonics. In 2015 he joined Televes as Research & Development plus Innovation Director. In addition, since 1999, he works as an expert for the European Commission.
