Ana Ayerbe is the Manager of the IT Competitiveness Business Area in TECNALIA where she leads a group of researchers working in the areas of Cloud Technologies, Internet of Things and their Cybersecurity and Functional Safety. Her interests are related to Cybersecurity, Internet of Things and Industry 4.0, areas in which she works for the Commission and the Spanish Evaluation and Prospective Agency as reviewer of proposals and projects.

In the area of Cybersecurity she has been member of the “Secure Societies Advisory Group” in H2020 and is currently member of the “Partnership Board” and “Board of Directors” of ECSO, being co-chair inside WG6 SRIA in the Infrastructures Area. She is also member of AIOTI, eSEC Management Committee, RENIC Management Committee, TEDAE Cybersecurity Working Groups.

Previously she has been reviewer of the Security and Confidence Plan at national level inside the SISE Commission. Finally she has a Degree in Computer Science from the University of Deusto, Msc in Robotics and Automation from the School of Engineering and Telecommunications of Bilbao, Advanced Course in Innovation Management from the University of Deusto.
