The first part of the session will host presentations delivering 3 key messages each (7-8 minutes) around the following key questions:
- Why is it important to build trust in IoT ecosystems? (Kees van der Klauw, Chair AIOTI)
- How do we define trust from the ecosystem perspective? What do we know about the nuances of trust? (Alena Siarheyeva, Yncréa & AIOTI WG2 IoT Innovation Ecosystems Chair)
- Is there a gap between customer’s expectations and business offer? (Tanya Suarez, Bluespecs & AIOTI Communication manager)
- Why and how companies should move from trustworthiness to trust? (Michele Nati, Digital Catapult, tbc)
- Can Governance Instruments bridge the gap between business offer and customers’ expectations in the matter of trust? (Georgios Karagiannis, Huawei and AIOTI WG3 IoT Standards Co-chair)
- What can accountability bring to trust ? (Arthur van der Wees, Arthur’s legal & AIOTI Co-Founder, WG3 Privacy & Security Taskforces leader, and WG4 PolicyCo-chair)
