Manna Thomas is an Analyst within the Economic Development Office and Smart Cities of the Dublin City Council.

Manna completed her BA in Economics & Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, India and her MSc in Applied Economics from University College Dublin. She has a keen reception towards work in a multiplicity of fields and engage in data driven policy formulation and effective implementation of the same.
