Mr Artur Krukowski
Dr Artur Krukowski is a Research Projects Manager at RFSAT Limited in Ireland. He has more than 30 years of experience in developing innovative turn-key technological solutions spanning a wide range of areas, including Digital Signal Processing (DSP), mobile telecommunication systems, VLSI integrated circuit design, embedded systems, ultra-low power technologies, Digital Audio and Video Broadcasting, cyber-physical security, hybrid satellite/cellular/wireless positioning, Smart Infrastructures, Building Management Systems, e-Health and GIS information systems. He has been involved in the development of the 1st European GSM basestation, the 1st DAB software-radio receiver (funded by BBC), the 1st software-radio GNSS receiver (funded by Mitsubishi), the 1st ultra-low power 24-bit A/D converter, etc. He has coordinated and participated in over 50 industrial and funded R&D projects, both at national and European levels since FP5 to Horizon Europe. He has over 15 books and more than 80 peer-reviewed publications in his portfolio. Since 15 years he has been also supporting European Commission in evaluating proposal submitted for research funding in a variety of domains and work programs. He is a member of the Expert Advisory Group of the NEM-ETP and NetWorld2020 ETP, a senior IEEE member as well as a founding member of MENSA-Poland.
