Felicity Kelliher is a Professor of Management Practice and Academic Lead at the RIKON (www.rikon.ie) research group at the School of Business, Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland. Committed to rural development, her research focuses on small and micro firm innovation capability development, cooperative activities and rural network engagement. A Fulbright Scholar, Felicity has published in the Journals of: Tourism Management, Industrial Marketing Management, and Small Business and Enterprise Development, among others and has co-edited/authored three books. Felicity is past Chair of the Irish Academy of Management and a member of Our Rural Future Higher Education and Research Network, Department of Rural and Community Development, Ireland.
