Silvio Walser is a digital product manager in the Bank of Cyprus and as such responsible for the conceptualization, analysis, planning, project definition / grooming, overseeing implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of Digital Products and Services as part of BOCs Digital Transformation initiative. Silvio is working with emerging technologies and currently focuses on the application of Artificial Intelligence, Chatbot, Personal & Business Financial Management tools and Distributed Ledger Technology. He has over 18 years of experience in internationally operating companies and within his previous role at IBM Business Consulting he adviced organizations in Switzerland, Germany and China on Profitability, Risk Management and workflow optimization matters.
