In this talk we’ll introduce Oniro, the next-generation OpenHarmony compatible operating system that empowers interconnection and collaboration between smart devices globally.

Enabling effective collaboration between smart devices facilitates as many use cases as your imagination can devise. In this talk we provide one such real use case that the Oniro Project team have worked together on, with the creation of a multi-board, wearable DJ Station to empower DJs more freedom and creativity to express their music. We discuss the implementation of the Broadcast station, the wearable component, the MIDI transport mechanism and the challenges we encountered during the creation journey.
