Patrick GUILLEMIN (Male) – ETSI, Technical and Senior Research Officer – is ETSI IoT Coordinator and actively supports ETSI involvement in H2020 projects and is currently AIOTI (the Alliance for Internet Of Things Innovation www.aioti.eu) WG03 (IoT Standardisation working group) Chairman (and Steering Board Member). Patrick has 32 years of experience in ICT project management and 24 years in ICT standardization. He is in charge of ETSI IoT, SmartM2M, CIM and eHealth standardization. He has been the standardization coordinator of IoT in the IoT European Research Cluster (IERC) of the European Commission and has actively participated in EU research projects related to IoT/RFID and created ETSI ISGs (ISI, LIS, LTN, OEU, CIM) and ETSI TC CLOUD. He was Software Engineering Teacher at CNAM Nice for 14 years. He worked as CIO for the French Stock Exchange and for DEC (now HP) as Project Manager and consultant.
