Yasir Saleem is currently a research engineer at Wireless Networks and Multimedia Services Department, Telecom SudParis, France. He received his MSc degrees in computer science by research from Sunway University, Malaysia and Lancaster University, UK (under dual degree program) in 2015. He received his BS degree in Information Technology from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan in 2012. He also worked as Software Developer in KNYSYS for about one year between 2012 to 2013. His research interests include Internet of things, social Internet of things, cognitive radio networks and wireless sensor networks. He has authored several scientific publications, including a patent, and several journal papers, conference papers and book chapters. He is involved in a European H2020 project, titled Wise-IoT (Worldwide Interoperability for Semantics IoT). He is also a reviewer of various journals and conferences, such as IEEE Communications Magazine, IEEE Communications Letter, Pervasive and Mobile Computing, Ad Hoc Networks, Computer Networks, Journal of Network and Computer Applications, Artificial Intelligence Review, IEEE Access, Wireless Networks and many more.
