Richard Foss is a culinary historian and nonfiction author who has lectured around the USA and in Australia and New Zealand. He is a Consulting Historian to the Autry Museum of the American West and is probably best known for "Food in the Air and Space," the first comprehensive book on the subject, but he has also published short fiction and has worked as a journalist and editor.
