Carole's detail focus works well in her more than 30-year publications career, as well as her interests in costuming, dyeing, and wearable art. She has competed in masquerades and won numerous workmanship awards for her dyework, as well as being a Workmanship Judge at Chicon7, and presentation judge at several other conventions. Carole has served on numerous concoms, including Sasquan, Helsinki, and San Jose Worldcons as the Costuming/Cosplay content programming lead.
