Genny Dazzo has been involved in running conventions for over 40 years all over the US. She became involved with the first Star Trek Conventions in New York and then moved to the local SF con, Lunacon. Moving out to LA, she was on the committee for all of the LA WorldCons as well as the Westercons, Loscons, and AmineLA. In the mundane world, she has masters in both Physics and Chemistry and a PhD in Theoretical Chemistry. Currently, she tutors students form 2nd grade thru college in mathematics and sciences.
