Neill Thompson is a senior lecturer, programme lead for the MSc occupational and organisational psychology programme and chartered psychologist.
Neill is also module lead for the postgraduate module Employee Selection and Assessment, undergraduate option Social Psychology of Work and CPD option Applying Human Factors to Healthcare Organisations. He also teaches qualitative methods to postgraduate and undergraduates in psychology.

Neill’s research focuses on applying principles and methods from social and occupational psychology to the workplace, with the aim of informing organisational practice. His primary area of interest is in workplace bullying with other interests in human factors in healthcare, employee selection and more broadly the use of qualitative methodology.
