The original Federal Theatre Project was a program of the Works Progress Administration that put theatre artists back to work for several years during the Great Depression. Now, as modern theatre workers are facing a new set of challenges, many in the industry are calling for renewed support for theatre at the federal level. In this session, we'll connect with artists and organizers to discuss what a new Federal Theatre Project might look like and how you can be a part of the advocacy.
