Tony-nominated actress and writer Melissa Errico and some Broadway colleagues will discuss how theater artists have struggled, and sometimes succeeded, in keeping the spirit of American musical theatre alive even as stages were shut down—an enterprise which, for Errico, has included everything from the Sondheim birthday concert to Zoom productions to making new recordings of classic songs. This panel will cover lessons learned from this time that can be brought forward as Broadway takes its first steps towards reopening.
