This will be a discussion on maintaining and fostering diversity and inclusion on Broadway. While the 2015-16 season was full of choices highlighting the experiences of marginalized communities, the 2016-17 season has been depressingly homogeneous. We will discuss with different theatre craftsmen (a producer, an actor and actress, a music conductor) whether this is a cyclical phenomenon or something more nefarious that must be addressed. Come provide suggestions and learn what you can do to ensure that everyone's story is being told.
