Ron Fassler’s new book “Up in the Cheap Seats: A Historical Memoir of Broadway,” tells of the early years of his theatregoing when, beginning at age eleven, Ron saw 200 Broadway shows in just four years—at an average ticket price of $3—all of it from up in the cheap seats. Hear Ron speak of his eyewitness account to one of Broadway’s golden eras, its greatest shows and stars (with backstage visits to many of them).
