Jacob Akins is a senior from Tampa, Florida. Credits include Jack Kelly in Newsies, Pippin in Pippin, Edward Bloom in Big Fish, and more. In addition to performing on his high school stage, he has also performed with the Patel Conservatory at the Straz Center for the Arts. He has been a finalist for Broadway Star of the Future for two years and dreams of performing professionally on Broadway. His role model is Jeremy Jordan.
