Julia Chan stars in The CW series “Katy Keene” as Pepper Smith, a New York City “It Girl” who knows all things trendy. She dreams of opening her own version of Andy Warhol’s Factory.

Chan grew up between Hong Kong and London and moved to the U.S. to study at Harvard during and she received a master’s degree at the New York School of Drama.

She appeared on “Saving Hope” and recurs on “Little Dog.” She can currently be seen in the feature “A Kid Like Jake,” and will also be voicing a recurring character on “BoJack Horseman.”
