Annbritt duChateau, Chicago native, holds multiple degrees in piano performance from DePaul University. While receiving her doctorate, she joined the National tour of Aspects of Love, during which she became the Music Director, conducting Sarah Brightman. Since then Annbritt has toured as MD for shows such as Phantom of the Opera (San Francisco Co.), Miss Saigon, and Mary Poppins. Annbritt’s Broadway credits include Frozen, Aladdin, Mary Poppins, Billy Elliot, Les Miserables, The Frogs, Into the Woods, Kiss Me Kate. Annbritt was also Associate MD/pianist for the Carnegie Hall performances of Kristina by Andersson & Ulvaeus. She was also Associate MD/pianist for the star-studded performance of Sondheim’s Company with the New York Philharmonic. Annbritt is currently the Associate Music Supervisor for both Aladdin and Frozen, and will be traveling to Sydney, Tokyo, & London later this year to set up new worldwide companies of Frozen. Her husband, Charles, is also a conductor and cellist on Broadway. She & Charles live in Westchester with their 2 crazy sons, Julien & Fabien.
