Audio Description is a narration service which shares descriptions of scenes, sets, costumes, body language and visual jokes with patrons via headsets. With more than 7.7 million blind or visually impaired people in America and that number expected to more than double by 2060 due to the aging baby boomer population, audio descriptive services are more necessary than ever. This session will discuss the fundamentals of audio description as well as strategies to grow your audio description user base.
