Join Alexandra Silber, celebrated stage actor (Fiddler on the Roof, Einstein’s Dreams) and author (After Anatevka and White Hot Grief Parade) in conversation with Broadway’s psychologist, Alisa Hurwitz, PsyD (aka, Dr. Drama).  The discussion will focus on setting healthy boundaries between character and self, managing a sense of loss at the end of a show’s run, and the power of writing. The panel will conclude with mindfulness moment lead by Coloring Broadway’s Andrea Koehler, followed by a chance for audience questions.
