Join the "Self Care for Singers" panel to learn how professional Broadway stars, renowned vocal coaches, and doctors approach the rehearsal, audition, and performance process with a focus on health, wellness, and longevity. This panel will offer tips, tricks, and tools for singers on how to best care for their bodies and their instruments, including: 

  • Nutrition: Hydration and Diet
  • Exercise and Meditation Tips
  • Breath Work
  • Voice Longevity and Care: Proper Warm-up and Cool-down, Steaming/Vocal Treatments Diversity of Voice Technique (Belting to Opera)
