Felicia Fitzpatrick is Playbill's Director of Social Media and Creative Strategy. As Playbill's first dedicated social media strategist and first black female department head, Felicia is regarded as a pioneer of Broadway social media, revolutionizing Playbill’s social engagement and storytelling strategies during the time Broadway was shaping its own digital landscape. When she’s not teaching Broadway stars how to Snapchat for work (yes, Bernadette was a natural), she hosts and produces “call and response,” a podcast that explores the intersection of blackness and performing arts. Her writing and musings have been featured on Teen Vogue, BuzzFeed, Femsplain and Shine Text. She participated in TedxBroadway 2016's Young Professional Program and is the proud owner of NOW That's What I Call Music! albums 4, 7-8, 10 and 16.
