If you want to participate in the BroadwayCon Cosplay Contest, you have to check-in during this time.
We'll be asking attendees who want to participate to arrive at the Gramercy room no later than 11:30 am to check in and be screened by the judges. During this time, the judges will talk to the contest participants and ask them questions, then convene privately to select their top entries.

CHECK-IN
The check-in process is simple. Go up to the table, write down your name and character on an index card that you will then hand over to a BroadwayCon staff member. You will then receive your participant number. A staff member will then take your picture with your number, and bring you to the judging room.
Please note, there are limited participant spots available and spots are given to those who arrive first.
