Laura Sgro, MSW, is an associate clinical social worker from Los Angeles. As a therapist for both children and adults, Laura has studied assessment and diagnosis extensively throughout her work, and has a particular interest in the long-term effects of traumatic events. Laura is so excited to be a part of LeakyCon this year and to bridge her love for Harry Potter with her passion for mental health awareness. When she's not working, Laura can be found singing with her a cappella group, taking a kickboxing class, or re-reading the Harry Potter series for the 10th time.
