This four-part presentation will begin with a discussion of the beginnings of Muggle Quidditch, as presented by International Quidditch Association Commissioner Alex Benepe. Alex will also explain everything you need to know to start forming your own high school, college, or community Quidditch team, and to make sure it successfully gets off the ground (no pun intended!) This presentation will also explore the unique status Quidditch holds as an activity beloved by both HP fans and serious collegiate athletes, and the way Quidditch must grow to balance the demands of those two communities, which aren't as mutually exclusive as one might think. The final segment of the presentation will be a Q&A with Alex and the rest of the IQA Executive Board.
