Harry Potter fans are all abuzz about Butterbeer, and they've got the foamy mustaches to prove it. In this one-hour class, I will demonstrate various ways to make Butterbeer using a variety of different ingredients to achieve the distinct creamy, cold and frothy drink. We will explore less sugary alternatives while still achieving butterscotch excellence. Our discussion will take us on a virtual tour of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter with time for sampling and talking about kitchen tips and our favorite characters from the HP series.
