Vedic Meditation is a relaxing, natural mental practice, which delivers benefits to the body and mind. The technique is fun, easy to pick up and learn. Benefits include relaxation, energy infusion and stress relief. Come take a break, try a real-life meditation sitting and enjoy the camaraderie of the group.
