How to Start an HPA Chapter (HPA Chapters 101)

This program is for anyone interested in bringing the magic back to their own communities by starting an HPA chapter. This will include explaining the HPA to new members, finding a meeting space, planning their first programs, communicating with the HPA staff, finding an adult/faculty sponsor, problem-solving potential roadblocks, and other steps to ensure attendees are ready to start their own chapter right after LeakyCon.
