Transform a room of your house into a Hogwarts Common Room, or another part of the castle! Using simple techniques, things you have on hand, and some everyday materials, you can inexpensively transform a room into your very own Hogwarts escape. This workshop will provide specific step by step instructions, sources for materials, and practice with the techniques. Room element ideas include castle wall techniques, potions table set-up, castle lighting, creating a false fireplace, ceiling ideas, door treatments, library elements, and many other finishing touches.
