Where:

Snape deserved something more than what he was shown to have. He did not have a pet or a family. Even with Charity Burbage's claim of friendship and the seemingly friendly rivalry between Snape and McGonagall, he was almost friendless. Harry and Dumbledore both have avian familiars, Bellatrix had Rodolphus, and even Voldemort had Nagini, so why did Snape not have someone or something like that? Come talk about Snape as a character, his hobbies, past choices, and what made him who he was.
