Cursed Child was particularly striking because this was the first time we got to see the kids as (mostly) functioning adults. It turns out Harry and Hermione aren't great parents, Ron is amazing, and Draco is much better than anticipated. Harry clearly never sought mental health help, and still reacts with his lizard brain in crisis. We'll discuss what it's like to see the age jump, whether we still relate (or relate for the first time!) to these characters, and how Cursed Child changed our perceptions of them.
