Voldemort’s philosophies and actions are extreme, but did Wizarding society make it easy for him to thrive? In this panel we will talk about the Statute of Secrecy, Ministry policies, and general societal attitudes that make it difficult for Muggle-borns to succeed and for Muggles to truly be protected both during and outside of the reign of Dark wizards.

This session will include open captioning.
