Ariana Wehr


Ariana Wehr is a professional opera singer with a Bachelor's of Music (2011) and a Master's of Music (2013) in Vocal Performance from Louisiana State University. She is a recent graduate of the Domingo-Caftitz Young Artist Program with Washington National Opera at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Highlights from the 2018-2019 season include performing the roles of Girlfriend 1/Nurse/Congregant 1 in the world premiere of Jeanine Tesori's opera Blue at The Glimmerglass Festival, Micaëla in Carmen with Opera Louisiane, Gretel in Hansel and Gretel with Brava! Opera Theater, and Stravinsky's Pulcinella with the Naples Philharmonic. She was a 2018 National Semi-Finalist in the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.
